Whilst we do try to deliver your order in 2 weeks we are unable to give you a specified delivery date.

Quilled Designs will take no responsibility for incorrect information or spelling of the delivery address. Any re-delivery fees will be passed on to the customer.

There may be occasions when despite our best efforts there may be a delay in delivery. Late deliveries do not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation or refund of the order. We will not cancel an order once it has left our premises.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Quilled Designs if registered post is required. This will be an additional charge to the customer. If the receiver of the delivery is not available a note will be left to organise a post office collection.
Customers should be aware that the colours of images displayed on this site and seen on your computer may not be exactly the same as the actual product.
